Edge computation and machine learning, with an emphasis on Federated Learning and AI Distribution, constitute a significant basis for many cutting-edge technological developments. Applications such as autonomous vehicles, customized medicine, sensors, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), etc., will become more common and advanced, thanks to these technologies.
The objective of this webinar is to create collaborations between academia and industry: Between companies and startups engaged in the core of this field, that will present their needs, challenges, etc., and academic research groups that develop groundbreaking technologies in this field.
In addition, representatives of the CERN Institute from Switzerland, who will take part in this session, will present the opportunities for collaborating with them on these research topics, under the knowledge import financing program of the Israel Innovation Authority.
Technological collaborations that will be set up are likely to benefit from support within the framework of the variety of relevant Israel Innovation Authority’s programs (including Generic Technological Research consortiums, directing and commercialization of knowledge, The “Mofet” R&D program– R & D in industry, “Tnufa” (Ideation) – momentum, technological incubators, entrepreneurial incubators in the peripheral areas, innovative laboratories, and various programs offered by the International Collaboration Division).
Those who are interested in taking part and presenting their activities in this field are invited to contact the Technological Infrastructure Division by email at [email protected] no later than April 1, 2022.
